Where do I start and how does it work?

Do I need to manage all by myself after the subscription?

No. From the beginning, and all the way through you will always have our support. One of our account managers will be in contact, you may reach them whenever you want.

How does the pricing plan work?

We have one plan and it is the base of the subscription. If you want to add any of our apps or services as an extra you” ll become The Wizard, and each added app or service has an additional price to pay.

What are my payment options and can I get an invoice?

Currently, we are only supporting bank transfers. More payment options will be added soon. And absolutely, you can get an invoice. Our invoicing system is automatically integrated with the subscription system. If you have any questions about invoices or any issues, you may reach us at billing@eystx.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Just email us at studio@eystx.com 48 hours before the cancellation and we will process it.
